Does Measure NN fund more police officers?

Measure NN provides a balanced plan to decrease 911 emergency response times, reduce crime, gun violence, human trafficking, and support safer neighborhoods across Oakland. To achieve these goals, Measure NN supports more youth programs, crime prevention and intervention efforts, firefighters, emergency dispatchers and community police officers.
