Will Measure NN have an auditor that is specifically charted to monitor the funds collected from the parcel tax?

Measure NN requires rigorous taxpayer protection. Annual independent audits by a new budget auditor and a citizen’s planning and oversight commission composed of neighbors and experts, not politicians is required.
